BONAS  30-DAY RETURN POLICY: 

Your satisfaction is our priority.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we will initiate a return authorization and provide you with a refund or an even exchange.  Please note that all items must be returned in original packaging and unused. 

If your product is damaged/defective, please provide the original receipt and an image of the damaged product, and we will provide you with a replacement.  

Please note some restrictions may apply.  Each return is handled on a case-by-case basis, and Bonas reserves the right to refuse a return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be issued and processed, after the returned item is received and inspected.  You will be notified via email about whether your refund has been approved or disapproved.  Credit will be given back to you in the original method of payment.  Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for processing.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please allow for up to 5 business days, from the date that the return is issued, for your refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

If the refund is not present after this time, please double check your credit card or bank statement.  If not present, then please contact your credit card company or bank and inquire about the refund transaction.

Sale items (if applicable)

Refunds will be issued as per the amount paid on the original receipt.  If there is no receipt then a refund will be issued at the item’s current pricing.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

All customers are required to pay for any return shipping charges on damaged or defective items.  

We highly recommend that all items returned to us are shipped with both package insurance and tracking numbers.  We are not responsible for any damages incurred within shipping.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your item.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanged items, please allow for 5 to 7 business days after the exchange has been confirmed, for the exchanged product to arrive.  Tracking information will be provided via email.
